• More Than 30 Test Benches

Providing thorough and accurate adjustment and final testing capabilities.  Constructed modularly with a high degree of adjustability, making the benches easy to adapt and recalibrate for testing of accessories from engines not previously serviced.

• In-House Metrology Lab

Exacting calibration standards are applied to all parts tested at Sabreliner and can be traced to the National Institute of Standards & Technologies (NIST).  Numerous precison gauge and electronic pressure tools ensure these standards are consisently met.  (ISO 10012-1/ANSI Z540)

• Non-Destructive Testing Capability

Detection of potential flaws in engine parts is essential for proper repair.  Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) uncovers problems that might not be seen through visual inspection alone.  Sabreliner technicians are trained in approved NDT procedures and utilize on-site Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) equipment for fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspections.
