Maintenance
Sabreliner Corp. is one of the country's most experienced Learjet service providers, with special emphasis on 30 series aircraft. Our Learjet work from 2001 to the present includes:
- Servicing more than 270 commercial and military Learjets
- Performing more than 100 major inspections on military and commercial Learjets - both 12-year and 12,000-hour
This includes approximately 75 service calls on Learjet 35s for the U.S. Air Force from October 2005 - September 2006. Sabreliner Corp. has all the technical data required to support Learjet 35/36-series aircraft major inspections, as well as a comprehensive supplier support system which has enabled us to expedite the inspection process to fewer than 35 days per aircraft.
Core maintenance capabilities include:
- Scheduled maintenance events including 12-year and 12,000-hour inspections
- Routine maintenance
- Heavy sheet metal repair and fabrication
- System repair and troubleshooting
- Engineering and technical support
- Unscheduled repairs
Our Perryville operation also is a Part 145 FAA Certified Repair Station, so along with inspections, we can provide most any additional maintenance, repairs and services that a Learjet operator might need - from strip and paint to avionics, from interiors to hydraulics and more, including virtually all types of upgrades and enhancements.
In total, Sabreliner Corp. has more than 400 employees and 425,000 square feet of aviation maintenance, manufacturing, processing and repair facilities at three service locations in Missouri - Perryville, St. Mary and Ste. Genevieve, one in Kansas, plus our headquarters in St. Louis.
