There are thousands of parts on your Sabreliner.  They all play an important role in the operation of your aircraft, so they must be in excellent working condition.  Our in-house backshops and extensive capabilities allow us to deliver superior service and a superior product.  We provide complete repair and overhaul service for an array of pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic aircraft parts.

Sabreliner is fully equipped to service every system and component related to the hydraulics of your aircraft, including actuators, brakes, landing gears, control valves, wheels and tires.  In addition to having all of the required tooling, test equipment and benches for complete hydraulic service, we also have the engineering data on many aircraft, which allows us to repair many components that otherwise would need to be replaced.

The scope of Sabreliner's capabilities runs the gamut, including major landing gear inspections, resealing of actuators, plus testing and major overhaul of hydraulic components, such as flap actuators, spoiler actuators, landing gear door actuators and up-lock latch actuators.

Sabreliner also provides support that is not commonly available from other service providers.  For example, we have the technicians and required tooling to repair or replace your rear spar landing gear trunnion bushings, which can be done onsite at Sabreliner.
