With over 44,000 Sabreliner line items comprising more than 500,000 parts, we can honestly say we stock more parts than anyone else in the world. Why? Because it's our responsibility to make sure every plane in the fleet can obtain the parts it needs. Several steps have been taken to make sure this happens:
Inventory
We are committed to getting you the part you need when you need it. If we don't have a part in stock or can't fabricate it ourselves, our team goes to work. We have an extensive network of outside manufacturers and parts suppliers and constantly are looking for additional qualified vendors. We also have implemented an inventory replenishment system that more accurately predicts replenishment requirements, calculates lead times and provides usage history. This centralized process helps us maintain adequate parts inventory and provides better support for operators.
All Sabreliner parts in our inventory have the proper certifications and are traceable.
Manufacturing
Our St. Mary, Mo. facility has greatly increased our manufacturing capacity and capability, allowing us to fabricate a wide range of parts and components with remarkable speed and accuracy. Our aerospace manufacturing center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a press brake, multiple computer-controlled mills and an Omax water jet cutter. If a customer needs a sheet metal or structural part that we don't have in stock, we often can fabricate it ourselves. Our investment in modern technology and equipment provides us the capability to produce 98 percent of all aircraft structural and sheet metal parts in-house.
All items are backed by Sabreliner's quality program that guarantees all parts are manufactured according to Original Equipment Manufacturer engineered drawings and proprietary data.

The most important thing to remember when it comes to parts pricing is to make sure you are getting the best value. The condition of the part and where it came from are key factors in the price of a purchased part. The Sabreliner parts team frequently looks at our prices to make sure we are competitive. When we're not, we find out why and adjust prices where we can.

Our parts sales representatives also track trends in fleet maintenance. Most Sabreliner operators subscribe to SMIP, Sabreliner's Maintenance Inspection Program managed by CAMP. This automated maintenance program tracks and forwards to us monthly information on recurring situations, so we can spot and stop problem parts.
