Sabre 2000
If your aircraft is down for inspections, it is not available for your use. That's an important fact of life when it comes to operating corporate aircraft. With the Sabre 2000 Program, you can enjoy the convenience of scheduling your aircraft's use around only one major inspection and maintenance event every five years.
The program consolidates all 36, 48 and 60-month structural inspections - all at one time and all for one price. In addition, the process involves special corrosion detection, as well as correction and prevention activities. Selected fuselage skins are peeled back and external paint and sealants are removed, allowing a comprehensive inspection of all potential defects. A total of 38 structural parts are replaced with new, stronger parts in several areas of the aircraft.
What's more, the Sabre 2000 Program provides a five-year warranty against structural corrosion and increases the service life of the aircraft to 15,000 hours. In addition, you get a new paint job in the process. Benefits of this program include increased value of the aircraft, cost avoidances for inspections over the next five years, warranty, new paint, reduced aircraft downtime, and peace of mind that you will not incur unplanned costs for corrosion repair. The estimated additional life is 20 years, based on 250 flight hours per year.
