Airmark International Teams with Sabreliner Corp.

April 14, 2009

Airmark International, the largest independent Learjet parts distributor, is teaming with Sabreliner Corp., a major aviation services provider, to install Airmark-provided windshields in Learjet 35, 36, 24, 24D, 25, 28 and 29 model aircraft, the companies announced.

"Airmark already provides Learjet operators with a lower cost, higher-quality windshield than other replacement options," said Rocky Cole, president and CEO of Airmark International.  "Our new partnership with Sabreliner Corp. now makes it easy for customers to obtain convenient and complete windshield installation services, even at their own facility.  Better yet, Sabreliner also provides comprehensive Learjet maintenance, modification and engine services that can be performed in conjunction with windshield installation at its convenient mid-America location in Perryville, Mo.  The Airmark-Sabreliner partnership means more value for our Learjet customers."

Airmark stocks the factory-new GKN Aerospace windshield, which offers a five-year warranty against latent defects compared to the one-year warranty with other windshield replacement providers.  Installation time is three and a half days for single windshield replacement or five days for double replacement, both of which typically include installation, polishing, pressurization and paint touch up.  In addition, Missouri law saves Learjet operators sales tax on materials, replacement parts and equipment used in the repair of their aircraft at Sabreliner.

"We are pleased to provide this service to Learjet operators and to be a valuable resource for their other service and support needs," said Ron Herman, senior vice president, operations for Sabreliner.  "We are one of the nation's most experienced Learjet 30 series service providers, having executed since 2001 more than one hundred 12,000-hour/12-year inspections on C-21 aircraft, the military version of the Learjet 35.  Our broad capabilities extend to the civilian models as well."

Learjet service is performed at Sabreliner's FAA-authorized Class IV repair station at Perryville Municipal Airport (K02) where operators can find a full-range of services for the Learjet, including basic and heavy maintenance; interior design/refurbishment/fabrication; strip and paint; avionics troubleshooting/installations/upgrades; component and accessory testing/overhaul/repair and TFE731 engine services.  The company also holds three proprietary Supplemental Type Certificates for Learjet upgrades.
