Sabreliner Expanding, Strengthening Contracts, Proposal Staffs

Sabreliner has promoted two experienced employees to strengthen its contracts staff and added a third to manage the proposal process as the company intensifies focus on subcontracting activities as a key growth strategy.

Cindy Tekeser has been promoted to senior manager, contracts, where she will centrally manage and oversee the company’s prime contracts with the government and subcontracts with other companies.

She holds a master’s degree in business administration from East Texas State University, which now is part of Texas A&M University. She will remain in the company’s St. Louis headquarters, and continues to report to Gene Harbula, senior vice president, business development.

Tekeser will be supported by Celia Reiter, who has been promoted to contracts administrator. Reiter has been with Sabreliner for nearly 20 years, during which time she worked in operations and marketing before joining the government services department in 1994. She was promoted to executive assistant in 2000 and received a master’s degree in business administration from Webster University in 2002.

Meanwhile, Mark Stuesse has joined Sabreliner as proposal manager and will receive, evaluate and coordinate all proposal activity at Sabreliner’s Southeast Missouri Operations with the Quality, Purchasing, Planning and Facilities departments and with corporate management.

He has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of manufacturing functions, and joins Sabreliner from Hellebusch Tool in Washington, Mo., where he served as project/sales engineer. Prior to that, he was general manager of HTool and Manufacturing in Sunset Hills, Mo. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fontbonne University in St. Louis. He is based in Perryville, Mo. and reports directly Ron Herman, senior vice president, operations.

Sabreliner is a veteran performer in corporate and government aviation. As an original equipment manufacturer, a parts manufacturer, an expert in aging aircraft and a qualified small business, Sabreliner is a responsive and affordable aviation services provider.
