Sabreliner Corp. Realigns Sales, Marketing, Communications Leadership

Sabreliner Corp. has realigned its domestic and international sales and marketing, plus its corporate communications structure, as part of a company-wide effort to enhance customer service and foster stronger interaction among its Midcoast Aviation, Sabreliner and Premier Turbines operations and the services within them.

"The team spirit across our companies has never been stronger," said F. Holmes Lamoreux, Sabreliner chairman and CEO. "To continue this momentum, we've refined our sales, marketing and communications organization."

Mike Coate has rejoined the Sabreliner companies as vice president, corporate aviation sales, with responsibility for Midcoast, Sabreliner and Premier Turbines. Three sales directors and eight regional sales and service managers report to him. Most recently, Coate was vice president, aircraft division at BizJet International. Prior to that, he enjoyed a 10-year career at Midcoast, culminating in Gulfstream program manager from 1995-99.

Jack Vaughn has become vice president, corporate aviation marketing and corporate communications. He leads the corporate aviation marketing effort for Midcoast, Sabreliner and Premier Turbines, as well as managing employee and other corporate communications. Vaughn previously served as vice president, corporate aviation sales and marketing. Vaughn joined Sabreliner 27 years ago and has progressed through a variety of growing responsibilities.

Ann L. Hein has been promoted to director, corporate aviation marketing and employee communications. She joined Midcoast in 1994 and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

Donald S. Burke Jr. has been promoted to director, government and international business. Burke spent more than 26 years on active duty with the U.S. Army, holding several positions as project, program and product manager for army aviation helicopter weapon systems.

Gene L. Harbula has changed responsibilities as senior vice president. He now leads strategic development and will continue to manage the corporation's contracts department, while undertaking special projects for the family of Sabreliner companies.

"More than a year ago, we intensified our efforts to foster stronger levels of cooperation among Sabreliner, its Midcoast Aviation subsidiary and Premier Turbines engine service line," added Lamoreux. "These changes are a further step in assuring a high level of corporate-wide commitment to customers and to one another."
