Excalibur
The Excalibur modification includes complete structural inspection of the fuselage and new exterior paint. The Excalibur Program begins with a thorough induction inspection. After this inspection, the Excalibur process begins. The aircraft is defueled, the exterior paint is stripped and the wings are demated. The cockpit interior components, including the instrument panel, the cabin interior and the sound proofing materials and insulation are removed. After removal of the auxiliary fuel cell, a complete visual structural condition inspection of the fuselage and empennage occurs. After the Excalibur inspection is completed, you receive a comprehensive report of the findings and a fixed price quote for any repairs needed beyond those included in the inspection. If you choose not to proceed, your only cost incurred is the Excalibur inspection. If you choose to continue, Sabreliner's skilled mechanics perform needed repairs, install structural modification parts, reassemble the aircraft and apply new exterior paint to your specifications.
